Hello! If you don't already know me, my name is Nancy Gilbert. I have dedicated my career to working with individuals with mental health disorders as a psychiatric nurse and nurse practitioner. Most recently, co-owner of Healthy Perspectives in Nashua, providing innovative mental health services in southern NH.
Last year, I had the pleasure of attending a fundraising event for Jayme's Fund. I personally had never heard about this organization, but soon realized its potential and meaningful purpose. Their mission could not be more relevant. Why wouldn't we support organizations that foster and provide pathways to teaching our children the value of caring for one another? This small yet creative organization connects with children in our local communities and not only raises their awareness of human suffering but, enriches them with activities that allow them to actively share comfort and support for other children both locally and globally.
